Undeliverable Parcels and Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before confirming your order. FurrySexDoll.net is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failure to collect from a collection point, or refusal of delivery we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your expense. If redelivery cannot be arranged within 30 days we will treat the order as cancelled and issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

If you notice an error in your delivery address immediately after placing your order please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered the fulfilment process.

Damaged in Transit

Every order is carefully packed to minimise the risk of transit damage. All orders are insured during transit from our warehouse to your door.

If your parcel or product arrives damaged please:

Photograph the damaged outer packaging before opening it
Photograph the damaged product once you have opened the parcel
Do not discard the original packaging until your case has been resolved
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via our Contact page with your order number and photographs
